Daphne 2.6 released

On June 23, 2023, robotron*Daphne 2.6 and a new version of the robotron*Daphne Collection were released.

In addition to various minor improvements, the focus was placed on the contemporary witness module and its presentation in the robotron*Daphne Collection.

The development team was able to take a major step forward in terms of software security. Starting with release 2.6, Robotron provides a "Software Bill of Material" (SBOM) in CycloneDX 1.4 format for all products in the robotron*Daphne product family. The SBOM lists all directly or implicitly used software libraries, their versions and licensing information for each release. With this information, it is possible to search the CVE.ORG lists for known vulnerabilities and exposures (CVE = Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) and to take informed action in the event of an incident.

The SBOM will soon be available for download in all products.
